URA launches tender for Irwell Bank Road site

It can yield up to 445 residential units.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched a residential site at Irwell Bank Road for sale by public tender under the government land sales (GLS) programme, an announcement revealed. The site can potentially yield 445 residential units and has a lease period of 99 years.

It has site area spanning 12,788.7 sqm and a 35,809 sqm maximum gross floor area (GFA). Its maximum building height is capped at 36 storeys and subject to a technical height control of 164m above mean sea level (AMSL).

The tender will close at 12NN on 9 January 2020. The tender closing for this site will be batched with other residential sites at Jalan Bunga Rampai which were launched for sale in August 2019 under the H2 2019 GLS Programme.
