URA tender for Canberra Crescent site closes with three bids

Top bid for the site was $279m.

Urban Redevelopment Authority’s (URA) tender for a site at Canberra Crescent closed with three offers.

The top bid of $279m was submitted by a joint venture between Peak Nature Pte Ltd and Huatland Development Pte. Ltd.

The second-highest bid was $275.1m from a consortium including SNC3 Realty Pte Ltd, Apex Asia Real Estate Holding Pte Ltd, BHCC Development (Projects) Pte Ltd, and Heeton Homes Pte Ltd. The third bid, from GLL C Pte Ltd, was $228.8m.

In another tender closing on 18 July for a site at De Souza Avenue, SL Capital (8) Pte Ltd offered $278.9m, whilst Capital Development submitted a bid of $228m.
