
Watch out for these ten major property launches in 2015
These projects will yield over 5,200 flats.
A report by Savills tracked ten major property launches that prospective homebuyers need to watch out for in 2015. Four of these projects are located in the OCR, while two are located in the RCR and the other four are located in the CCR. These projects will yield a total of 5,214 units.
In the OCR, UOL Development’s Botanique at Bartley in Upper Paya Lebar Road will yield 797 units and is expected to be completed in 2018.
Meanwhile, Kingsford Waterbay in Upper Serangoon View will yield 1,165 units and is expected to get its temporary occupancy permit (TOP) in November 2017.
Over in Yishun Central, North Gem Development’s North Park Residences is expected to yield 920 units when it is finished in mid-2018.
EL Development’s Symphony Suites in Yishun Avenue 9 will get its TOP in March 2019 and will have 660 units.
The two projects which will be launched in the RCR include Marine Blue with 124 units and Sims Urban Oasis with 1024 units.
Four projects will be launched in the CCR, including Parksuites in Holland Grove with 119 units. It will be launched for sale within the first half of the year.
Singapore Land’s Pollen & Bleu in Farrer Drive will have 106 units. Meanwhile, South Beach Residences will have 190 units and will get its TOP within the year. Lastly, Victoria Park Villas in Coronation Road will have 109 units and will have its TOP in 2018.
Savills stated that with no changes to the government curbs or cooling measures on the horizon in 2015, the private residential market is expected to remain soft.
