
Yanlord Riverside Garden sells out all units for $162m
The launch and pre-sale was conducted online.
Yanlord Land Group sold out all 62 apartment units of its Yanlord Riverside Gardens in Hangzhou, China, according to a press release. The total pre-sales derived from this launch amounted to $162.14m (RMB792m).
Launched on 17 March, Yanlord launched the units for an average selling price of $14,372.70 (RMB70,205) per square metre (psqm) for the 11,275 psqm gross floor area (GFA) sold.
Yanlord’s chairman and CEO Zhong Sheng Jian shared that the launch and pre-sale was conducted online via a live-streamed ballot of available units amidst the pandemic. They are planning to launch additional projects in other cities in China through online.
Situated within the core area of Qianjiang New City, one of the two central business districts and the financial district of Hangzhou, the site has a total GFA of approximately 75,715 sqm.
