Yanlord unit wins bid for residential site at Lentor Central
The tendered price for the site was $481m.
UED Alpha Pte. Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yanlord Land Group Limited unit, United Engineers Limited (UEL), won the bid for a residential site at Lentor Central.
In a bourse filing, Yanlord disclosed that UED Alpha together with Forsea Residence Pte. Ltd., clinched the site for a bid price of $481,028,300.
The site located within the new Lentor Hills estate measures 144,714 square feet or 13,444.3 square metres with a maximum permissible gross floor area of about 434,140 square feet.
According to Yanlord, UED Alpha and Forsea Residence plan to build a residential development of about 470 units on the site.
“With this prime site in the Lentor Hills neighbourhood, we intend to create a quality development leveraging on its attractive attributes including its proximity to lush greenery, MRT and retail amenities”, said UEL Group Managing Director, Roy Tan.
