Co-founder Zenos Schmickrath parts with Hmlet
The co-living operator saw shifts in managing their leases.
One of the co-founders of coliving firm Hmlet, Zenos Schmickrath, left the company last December to pursue other opportunities, they confirmed.
According to Hmlet’s CEO Yoan Kamalski, they decided to part ways amidst shifts in marketing and managing their leases, which generally brought changes in their talent pool.
“Whilst we value Zenos’s contribution through the initial stages of Hmlet, he is no longer a part of the management team, but remains an avid supporter and shareholder,” Kamalski said.
Around the same time, the management team hired a number of individuals with backgrounds in technology, strategy, financial planning and people.
