SC Global Developments appoints 2 Executive Directors

The Board believes Yong Kok Jin's and John Tan Wee Boon's qualifications and experience are qualified for the post.

The Board of SC Global Developments announced the appointment of Yong Kok Jin and John Tan Wee Boon as Executive Directors 

Mr Yong, 43, will be responsible for corporate finance and general business matters of the Company.

Mr Yong has more than 10 years of experience in the field of corporate finance. He is currently the Assistant Director of Corporate Finance of SC Global Developments Ltd, according to an SC Global Developments report.

Meanwhile, Mr Tan, 39, will be responsible for financial and accounting matters of the Company.

Mr Tan has more than 10 years of experience in the field of accounting, finance and auditing work. He is currently the Financial Controller and Company Secretary of SC Global Developments Ltd.
