Three China New Town Development directors step down
Philip Lam Bing Lun resigns as non-executive director, while Yang Yonggang and Song Yiqing as executive directors.
The Board of China New Town Development announced the resignation of Philip Lam Bing Lun, Yang Yonggang and Song Yiqing as directors.
Mr Lam, 69, was appointed 30 November 2006.
Mr Yang, 59, was responsible for investment decision and legal affairs of the Group. He was appointed to the post 3 June 2009, according to a China New Town Development report.
Meanwhile, Mr Song, 33, was tasked to oversee the Group's financial planning and management. He was appointed 30 April 2010.
