Ma Kah Woh and Wee Sin Tho decided to pursue their interests.
The Board of Hwa Hong annouced the resignation of Ma Kah Woh and Wee Sin Tho as non-executive directors.
Mr Ma, 66, was also chairman of Audit and Risk Committee and member of Divestment and Investment Committee.
Meanwhile, Mr Wee, 64, was member of Audit and Risk Committee, according to a Hwa Hong report.
Both of them were appointed to the post 31 March 2006.
