It was shut down for two weeks.
In its online post, the management of Jurong East Mall (JEM) announced that it will return to its normal operations on 2 October, Wednesday at 10 am after closing for two weeks due to ceiling collapse.
On 18 September, the first floor ceiling of JEM collapsed due to water-pipe leak. Three people were hurt from this incident.
