Asia Enterprises Holdings' Director resigns

Wong Chin Huat David was also a member of the group's Audit and Nominating Committee Member, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.

The Board of Asia Enterprises Holdings announced the resignation of Wong Chin Huat David.

Mr Wong, 63, had informed the Board members of the Company of his intention to step down as independent director of the Company to pursue other personal interest. There are no material reasons for Mr Wong's retirement.

Aside from being an Independent Director, Audit and Nominating Committee Member, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, according to an Asia Enterprises Holdings report.

He was appointed to the post July 22, 2005.
