HTL International Holdings promotes Phua Fang Ming to retail manager of HTL Furniture Trading

The position she is about to handle was established to strengthen the retail operations of the Group's two store locations in Shanghai and to build the retail team in Shanghai.

HTL International Holdings announced the appointment of Phua Fang Ming to retail manager of HTL Furniture Trading.

Ms Phua, 37, will be responsible for running the retail operations of HTL Furniture Trading Co., Ltd. Her key functions will include sales, training, in-store merchandising, executing local advertising and promotional activities, and warehousing and logistics.

Phua Fang Ming was an employee in the group from 2001 to 2012. Her most recent role within the group was as a sales supervisor with the company's subsidiary, Domicil Pte. Ltd., where she was responsible for retail sales, back office operations and customer service. Prior to this, she held roles in sales, merchandising and marketing functions within the group. From May 2012 to November 2013, Phua Fang Ming worked as a retail operations manager in the fashion retail firm, Inqbator LLP. As a retail operations manager, she was responsible for buying, merchandise planning, store operations, sales, and advertising and promotional activities, according to an HTL International Holdings report.
