He will be stepping down from his position of CEO for Group Motor Operations with effect from 31 December 2013.
Jardine Cycle & Carriage announced the appointment of Cheah Kim Teck as managing director for business development effective 1 January 2014.
Mr Cheah, 62, will be responsible for developing new lines of business in the region, according to a Jardine Cycle & Carriage report.
He is the CEO, Group Motor Operations of Jardine Cycle & Carriage from 2004 until 31 December 2013. Before this, he was managing director of Cycle & Carriage Industries from 2002 to 2004.
