mDR Ltd announced the resignation of Sarah Chua Lay Ching steps down as chief operating officer effective 31 March 2014.
Ms Chua, 49, was responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the group, according to an mDR Ltd report.
She was appointed to the post 14 July 2011.
