NH Ceramics re-assigns Paul Goh Moh Chye as non-executive director
Mr Goh has been re-designated from being executive director.
The Board of NH Ceramics announced the re-designation of Paul Goh Moh Chye from being an executive to a non-executive director.
Mr Goh, 60, has been an executive director and managing director of NH Ceramics Ltd and its subsidiaries for the past 10 years.
In his role as managing director, he was responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the Group and ensuring the execution of the strategic goals of the Company and the Group, according to an NH Ceramics report.
He was appointed to the post 17 May 2000.
