Noel Gifts International appoints Tham Mei Yoke as Finance Manager

Ms Tham will assist the group in all matters relating to Mergers & Acquisitions.

The Board of Directors of the company, having reviewed and considered Ms Tham's qualification and working experience, unanimously approved the appointment of Ms Tham as the Finance Manager (Regional and Business Development).

Ms Tham will oversee all accounting and financial matters of regional operations. She will assist the group in all matters relating to Mergers & Acquisitions, according to a Noel Gifts International  report.

Ms, Tham, 43, worked as Management Accountant of Intertek Testing Services (S) Pte Ltd from December 2005 to March 2012. Earlier she worked as Finance Manager of Noel Gifts International Ltd from July 1997 to December 2005.
