Parkson Retail Asia names Law Boon Eng as acting COO

The board believes he has the required experience and in-depth understanding of the retail industry to contribute to the growth of Parkson's retail business in Malaysia.

Parkson Retail Asia announced the appointment of Law Boon Eng as acting chief operating officer.

Mr Law, 57, will be responsible for the implementation and execution of Parkson Malaysia's strategic goals and day to day operation matters for Parkson Malaysia, according to a Parkson Retail Asia report.

He was a consultant for Sorella and self employed from 2007 to 2014. Before this, he was executive director at Anakku/Asia Brands from 2003 to 2007 and COO and executive director at Ngiu Kee Corporation Sdn Bhd from 2001 to 2003.
