Siow Chee Keong steps down as EpiCentre Holdings' lead independent director
He is retiring.
Mr. Siow, 62, was in this position since December 10, 2007.
He is on board of several listed and private companies and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. He is qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 1981, a Certified Internal Auditor with the Institute of Internal Auditors. He is a Certified General Accountants with the Certified General Accountants of Canada in 1990 and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. He Graduated from the University of Warwick, England, with a Master of Business Administration.
