Transcorp Holdings names Kwok Wei Woon as financial controller

He is currently a director of Asia Fashion Holdings and ISR Capital.

Transcorp Holdings announced the appointment of Kwok Wei Woon as financial controller.

Mr Kwok, 41, will be responsible for overseeing financial management and reporting of the group.

He is currently an independent non-executive director and chairman of Audit Committee at Asia Fashion Holdings (since March 2014) and ISR Capital (since May 2012). Before this, he was executive director, Private Wealth Management at JP Morgan from March 2011 to May 2012 and managing director and chief investment officer at Platinum Capital Management (Asia) from December 2008 to December 2010, according to a Transcorp Holdings report.
