At 73, Mr Chan did not wish to seek re-election.
The Board of Transview Holdings announced the retirement of Windsor Chan Hua Bee as Non-Executive and Independent Director.
Mr Chan, 73, was Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee
He was appointed to the post 21 August 2000.
