Nam Cheong clinches three more contracts worth $52.27m

Its order book now stands at over $395m.

Nam Cheong today revealed that it has secured sale contracts for three vessels worth a total of $52.27m (USD41m), on the back of a contract for five vessel sales to PT BBR that was also secured in September.

According to OCBC, this brings the total orders in September to eight, which are collectively worth about $160.63m (USD126m).

“One 5,150 BHP AHTS vessel was sold to a Norway-based repeat customer, Vega Offshore Group. Orders for two 6,500 BHP AHTS vessels were also from repeat customers. With these contracts, Nam Cheong’s order book stands at about RM1.9b ($395.33m),” noted OCBC.
