Avic International Maritime Holdings names three directors

Wang Puqu, Huang Guang and Sun Yan have been appointed as non-executive directors.

The Board of Avic International Maritime Holdings announced the appointment of Wang Puqu, Huang Guang and Sun Yan as non-executive independent directors.

Mr Wang, 56, is currently professor of teaching and research at Peking University since 1995.

Mr Huang Guang, 50, is currently general manager and deputy secretary of the party committee of AVIC International Xiamen Company since 2010, He also held this post from 2001 to 2008. From 2008 to 2010, he was general manager and secretary of the party committee of AVIC International Xiamen Company, according to a Avic International Maritime Holdings report.

Meanwhile, Mr Sun Yan, 49, is currently general manager of Avic International Ship Development(China) since November 2012 and of China National Aero-Technology Corporation Shanghai since November 2011. Prior to this, he was vice general manager of China National Aero-Technology Corporation Shanghai from April 2010 to November 2011 and vice general manager of CATIC Beijing from January 2000 to April 2010.
