Manhattan Resources announced the resignation of Chew Eng Soo as independent director.
Mr Chew, 61, also ceased as chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committees and member of the Nominating Committee.
He was appointed 1 July 2012, according to a Manhattan Resources report.
