China Merchants Holdings Pacific names Luo Hui Lai as executive chairman and CEO

He has been redesignated as the executive chairman and CEO of the company due to the company's organisational restructuring.

China Merchants Holdings Pacific announced the appointment of Luo Hui Lai as executive chairman and chief executive officer.

Mr Luo, 51, will be in charge of the overall management of the Company. He is concurrently the Managing Director of China Merchants Huajian Highway Investment, according to a China Merchants Holdings report.

He is currently managing director of China Merchants Huajian Highway Investment since March 2012. In the past, he was non-executive chairman of China Merchants Holdings (Pacific) from March 2012 to March 2014 and deputy general manager of China Merchants Holdings (International) Company and managing director of CMH International (China) Investment from January 2007 to February 2012.
