GRP appoints William Teo Choon Kow as Independent Non-Executive Director
He acted as Independent Director for listed companies.
According to an SGX release, the Board has assessed Mr Teo's qualifications and experience and is satisfied that Mr Teo's appointment as Independent Non-Executive Director will be beneficial to the Board and to the Company.
From 1996 to 2004, Mr Teo worked for a venture capital firm, Walden Investment International.
From 2004 to date, he is acting as Independent Director for listed companies.
