ICP Ltd appoints Lee Miau Kheng as CFO

She will replace Soh Chiong Siong who resigned to pursue personal interest.

ICP Ltd announced the appointment of Lee Miau Kheng as chief financial officer.

Ms Lee, 41, will be in charge of accounting and financial functions including accounting, internal controls, financial management reporting, financial analysis, M&A, risk management and compliance matters of the company and the group, according to an ICP Ltd report.

She was director for planning and controls at Millenium & Copthorne Group from April 2011 to May 2014, assistant financial controller at Giti Tire Group from September 2009 to April 2011 and general manager for finance and business operation at Clover Management in Ho Chih Minh, Vietnam from March 2006 to August 2009.
