PACC Offshore Services Holdings promotes Lee Keng Lin to COO
The board believes he has the required experience and in-depth understanding of the offshore marine industry to contribute to the growth of the group.
PACC Offshore Services Holdings announced the appointment of Lee Keng Lin as chief operating officer.
Mr Lee, 39, will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the group. He will work closely with the CEO to grow the group's business and drive the performance measures for all operational aspects, according to a PACC Offshore Services Holdings report.
He has more than 10 years of experience in the offshore marine industry. From 2002 to 2005, he was a business development manager with PSA International responsible for business development and charter of harbour tugs, and offshore support vessels. From 2006-2007, he was based in Europe as PSA International's corporate and business development manager. He joined the PACC Offshore Services Holdings in 2007 and has been instrumental in the development and operations of various joint ventures and new business divisions, and currently heads the Offshore supply vessels, offshore accomodation (deepwater), harbour services and emergency response divisions.
