FSL Trust Management announced the resignation of Philip Tan Eng Lay as chief financial officer effective 1 November 2014.
Mr Tan, 51, was responsible for the oversight of financial reporting and controls, risk management, treasury, corporate finance and taxation, according to an FSL Trust Management report.
He was appointed to the post on 1 July 2014.
