Swiber Holdings re-appoints Yeo Chee Neng as Non-Executive Director

He has taken over starting 1 December.

According to a release, the Board of Directors of Swiber Holdings Limited announced that Mr Yeo Chee Neng, being the Executive Director of the Company, has been re-designated as Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 December 2012.

Subsequent to the above re-designation, the Board of Directors of the Company comprises of:
