Two Neptune Orient Lines directors retire
Christopher Lau Loke Sam and Peter Wagner stepped down as non-executive directors.
The Board of Neptune Orient Lines announced the retirement of Christopher Lau Loke Sam and Peter Wagner as non-executive directors.
Mr Lau, 65, was also chairman of Audit Committee and member of Enterprise Risk Management Committee.
He was appointed to the post 18 May 2004, according to a Neptune Orient Lines report.
Meanwhile, Mr. Wagner, 67, member of Executive Committee and Nominating Committee.
He was appointed to the post 16 May 2005.
