Vallianz Holdings appoints Jenny Tay as interim finance manager

She will temporary fill in the post vacated by Edmund Lim until Shirley Tok will step in as financial controller on 1 July.

The Board of Vallianz Holdings announced the appointment of Jenny Tay as interim finance manager.

Ms Tay, 30, will fill in the post vacated by Edmund Lim for the period from 15 May 2013 to 30 June 2013.

On 1 July Ms Shirley Tok will officially start as financial controller of the group. She will be responsible for full spectrum of financial/accounting and administrative functions. In the past she was accounts manager (2011 to 2013) and accountant (2008 to 2011) of Newcruz Offshore Marine. Prior to this she was auditor of KPMG from 2007 to 2008, according to a Vallianz Holdings report.
