Zhou Qian joins Libra Group as vice president for Marketing and Business Development

He was assistant general manager of Kin Xin Engineering.

Libra Group announced the appointment of Zhou Qian as vice president, Marketing and Business Development.

Dr Zhou, 43, will be responsible for analysing the business; developing marketing strategies and process; leading strategic integration planning, due diligence and execution phases of mergers and acquisitions transactions; leading and overseeing the International Organization for Standardization managers in all subsidiaries; providing risk management advice; and overseeing tender processes of all subsidiaries.

In the past, he was assistant general manager of Kin Xin Engineering from October 2013 to January 2014, technical director of Meinhardt (Singapore) from May 2012 to September 2013, and associate of Parsons Brinckerhoff from September 2011 to May 2012, according to a Libra Group report.
