Tiger Airways unveils 7 weekly services in Indonesia
$10 promo fare up for grabs.
Tiger Airways is extending its reach to two more cities in Indonesia, with the launch of 7 weekly services to Yogyakarta and Bandung from 1 Jul and 1 Aug 2013 respectively.
This addition will boost the Tiger Group’s existing network, outbound from Singapore to Indonesia from five Indonesian destinations (Denpasar, Medan, Jakarta, Pekanbaru and Surabaya), to seven, and signals the Group’s commitment to further grow its network in the Indonesian market. These routes include those operated by partner airline Mandala Air.
Tourist attractions such as the S.E.A. Aquarium at Resorts World Sentosa and the River Safari, coupled with the growing demand of medical tourism have made Singapore a top destination for Indonesians. Bandung and Yogyakarta have also emerged as popular tourist destinations for Singaporean travellers as a shopping hotspot boasting scenic nature spots, as well as World Heritage Sites such as the Borobudur and Prambana temples.
To celebrate the launch of these new routes, Tiger Airways Singapore, will be offering a $10 promotional fare exclusive of taxes and other charges. These promotional fares will be made available for sale from 7 May 2013 through 13 May 2013, for travel between 1 July2013 and 29 March 2014.
