Fearless Tiger replies to SGX’s queries

Tiger Airways denies it is aware of any possible explanation for the suspicious trading.

SGX asked Tiger if the company is aware of any information not previously announced concerning it, its subsidiaries or associated companies which, if known, might explain the trading.

Tiger said it’s not aware of any information. SGX also asked if the company is aware of any explanation. Tiger said ‘no’ once again. “However, please note that the Company is in the midst of a Rights Issue, and that today is the last day of the nil-paid rights trading period,” noted Tiger Airways.

Tiger finally confirmed its compliance with the listing rules, in particular, listing rule 703.
