SATS Ltd.
As a result, the SGX will likely place the company under its watchlist.
SATS marked its third consecutive year of pre-tax losses, which will result in its placement under the SGX watchlist.
The Listing Manual also states that SGX will place an issue on a watch list if its average daily market capitalisation is less than $40m over the last six months.
The latest six-month average daily capitalisation of SATS was $3.882m.
The company said it would make an immediate announcement should SGX notify them of being placed on the watchlist.
