SATS revenue could double to $5.5b after acquiring air cargo handlers

The Worldwide Flight Services revenue reached $776m (€516m).

Following its acquisition of Worldwide Flight Services (WFS), SATS’ earnings could double as WFS secures air cargo handlers Pinnacle and Mercury in the final quarter of 2021.

This was CGS-CIMB’s observation as it further pointed out that the revenue of SATS could reach $5.5b to $5.5b.

WFS revenue in the third quarter of 2022 was at $776m (€516m) whilst at a quarterly run rate of $755m (€500m) 

“On a pro forma consolidated basis, WFS could double SATS’s revenue to $5.5bn in FY3/24F and $5.9bn in FY3/25F as the world’s largest air cargo handler, with volumes of 10m tonne p.a.,” said analyst CGS-CIMB.
