The deal will commence on 1 April.
SIA Engineering Company (SIAEC) has signed a $1.14b Comprehensive Services Agreement with Singapore Airlines.
The agreement will supersede the previous deal signed by the parties in April 2019.
Under the deal, SIAEC will provide SIA’s fleet with a broad spectrum of maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) and fleet management support services.
The two-year deal will commence on 1 April. SIA has the option to extend the deal for one year.
If the deal gets extended, it will likely yield a labour revenue of $1.14b over the three-year term.
