Its two airlines carried a total of 2.3 million passengers.
The Singapore Airlines (SIA) Group carried 2.3 million passengers across its two airlines in October. Compared to September, the group's passenger volume rose by 6.2%.
The group said the volume increase was on the back of its higher passenger capacity, which rose by 4.9% MoM. Year-on-year, the group's capacity was up 109.7%.
On the other hand, the group's October passenger load factor declined by 0.6 percentage points from September to 86.4%.
Cargo load factor likewise dipped by 34.6 percentage points YoY in October to 52.6%.
At the end of October, the group's passenger network covered 109 destinations. Of the total destinations, SIA served 76, whilst Scoot covered 55.
Its passenger network saw strong travel demand during October, mainly due to the Australia and New Zealand spring school break and the relaxation of travel restrictions to Hong Kong, Japan, and Taiwan.
The group's cargo network, meanwhile, comprises 115 destinations.
