SIA resumes flights to New York
Flights will operate three times weekly beginning 9 November.
Singapore Airlines (SIA) will resume flights to New York at the John F. Kennedy International Airport.
In a press release, SIA said it will restart flights on 9 November, and will be operating three times weekly.
SIA will be implementing stringent health safety measures such as a sophisticated airflow management system that will replace all cabin air every two to three minutes, and a new filtration system for its passengers.
As of now, SIA is operating a non-stop service to Los Angeles and will continue to review operations in the United States to assess the demand in air travel amidst the ongoing coronavirus pandemic before deciding to reinstate more services to other points in the country.
