Singapore Airlines and Scoot resume services to India

SIA and Scoot will progressively operate non-VTL services.

The Singapore Airlines Group welcomes the agreement to resume scheduled passenger services between Singapore and India.

It includes Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) flights from Chennai, Delhi, and Mumbai to Singapore. The VTLs will operate daily from 29 November. Additionally, the airline will progressively operate non-VTL services from Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kochi and Kolkata.

Scoot will operate four-times-weekly non-VTL services between Singapore and Hyderabad from 30 November and three-times-weekly non-VTL services between Singapore and Tiruchirappalli from 2 December.

Customers who are not Singapore citizens or permanent residents, and wish to travel on the VTL services need to apply for a Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP) prior to their visa application. VTP applications must be made between seven and 60 calendar days before the intended date of entry into Singapore.

Customers travelling to Singapore from India on non-VTL flights will need to adhere to the Category II Travel and Health Control Measures laid down by the Singapore Government.
