2 SATS directors step down
Ng Kee Choe and Yeo Chee Tong announced their retirement.
The Board of SATS announced the retirement of Ng Kee Choe and Yeo Chee Tong as Directors.
Ng, 68, retired pursuant to Article 83 of the Articles of Association of the Company at the 39th Annual General Meeting held on 26 July 2012.
Ng was a Member of Board Executive Committee and Member of Remuneration and Human Resource Committee
Meanwhile, Yeo Chee Tong, 53 retired after serving 2 full 3-year terms as Independent Director, according to a SATS's report.
Ng was Chairman of Board Risk Committee and Member of Nominating Committee.
