SATS appoints Seah Kok Khong as CFO
He was SMRT's former CFO.
Fifty-six-year old Seah Kok Khong, Manfred will be joining SATS as the group's newly appointed chief financial officer (CFO).
In an SGX announcement, the group said it reached its decision to appoint Khong in view of his extensive experience in accounting and corporate finance, with his track record as a CFO in another listed company and various senior appointments in publicly-listed and large multinational corporations.
The appointment is executive in nature, wherein he will be in charge with the oversight of finance, treasury, risk management, and investor relations functions. He will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of investments of SATS group of companies.
