Singapore Airlines unveils new senior management appointments
All new posts will be effective on 1 April.
Singapore Airlines (SIA) has announced the latest changes to its senior management team, where four posts had been given new appointments, according to a press release.
Former SIA executive vice president commercial Mak Swee Wah will take over the role of executive vice president of operations, whilst CEO of its low-cost carrier Scoot, Lee Lik Hsin, will be promoted to executive vice president commercial. His current role will be succeeded by former SIA VP of sales and marketing, Campbell Wilson.
Senior vice president of marketing planning, Tan Kai Ping will also be moved to the role of executive vice president of finance and strategy.
Lastly, the SIA’s executive vice president for human resources and operations Ng Chin Hwee will take his early retirement from the company to fill the CEO post at SIA Engineering.
The management changes will take effect on 1 April.
