JLL invests $2.6m to develop real estate talent in Singapore
Its three-year Future Skills programme will support new talent, mid-career transitioners, and those who need to upskill.
Global property consultant JLL has launched its Future Skills programme, aimed at creating a strong local talent pipeline and advancing career opportunities for Singaporeans in the field of real estate.
The three-year, $2.6m worth programme will work on attracting, retaining, and nurturing local talent, based on upskilling and reskilling mandates introduced by the National Jobs Council.
JLL has designed three programmes for 122 local undergraduates, graduates and technical associates, which includes internship, client experience, and functional expertise.
It will also train mid-career professionals from adjacent industries in customer service, technical, and engineering roles.
Upskilling training focusing on inclusive leadership, innovation, business development, and data analytics will also be provided under the Future Skills programme.
