Here's a look at PERSOLKELLY's 12,000 sqft regional HQ on Robinson Road
It features café-style meeting areas to allow teams to come together in less formal capacities.
Recruitment firm PERSOLKELLY relocated its new regional headquarters from Battery Road to Robinson Road in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District (CBD) to facilitate closer and deeper collaboration between its teams and departments, some of which are situated in the firm’s second office at Asia Square Towers.
The 12,000 sqft office space features an open layout, with the development of café-style meeting areas. “With our employees increasingly working across offices, and between countries, we want to knock down the walls that separate them from each other,” the firm’s COO Francis Koh explained.
A handful of its spaces are also equipped with multi-modal visual sharing formats such as LCD screens, projectors, and whiteboards.
Meanwhile, Koh highlighted how the office space also features energetic designs such as “Work, and Smile” icons and employee collages to create a positive atmosphere for the firm’s employees.
“Our new office highlights our willingness to listen to our employees,” he said. “By catering to their needs, they have a healthier morale and are better motivated to exemplify PERSOLKELLY’s values.”
