3 important things investors must know about Frasers Centrepoint Trust

Causeway Point and North Point remain as key growth boosters.

According to DBS, Frasers Centrepoint Trust highlighted 3 salient points in its management's presentation. First, Bedok Point is looking to reposition itself in the next 6 to 12 months. Management is studying the impact of Bedok Mall which is set to open at year end.

Second, management noted that Changi City Point is currently in the process of securing strata titles. When the process is completed, management expects the parent to inject the whole mall into the REIT. 

Third, they added that Causeway Point and North Point will remain the two key growth drivers for the REIT as the performance of the other malls are expected to be stable.
