Ang Mo KIo industrial site released for sale

A public tender for the Ang Mo Kio Street 62 industrial site has been launched by the Urban Redevelopment Authority.

Spanning 2.8 hectares in area, the site has a permissible gross plot ratio of 2.5. It has a 60-year lease and can be developed for Business 1 uses such as light industry, clean industry, utilities and telecommunications uses.

Tender deadline is 12 noon on 29 March 2011.

Developers can purchase packets containing details of these sites, development requirements and conditions of tender at S$105 each, inclusive of GST but  excluding delivery charges.



The Ang Mo Kio Street 62 site is 1 of 4 industrial sites under the Confirmed List of the 1st Half 2011 Government Industrial Land Sales Programme.
