For a guide price of $12.7m.
Eleven contiguous commercial units in the third floor of Singapore shopping Centre were today launched for sale by Expression of Interest (EOI).
The transaction’s guide price is $12.7m or $1,800 psf, according to sole marketing agent CBRE.
The strata area for sale is approx. 7,061 sq ft. While the Vendor’s preference is to sell the entire strata space to a single buyer, interested parties also have the option of purchasing individual units.
The opportunity offering a good mix of unit sizes range from 409 sq ft to 1,614 sq ft.
