Frasers Hospitality unveils maiden gold standard serviced residence in Switzerland
The 67-unit property will be its 55th in Europe.
The hospitality company deepens its footprint in the European continent as it launches Fraser Suites Geneva, which will be located in the city’s centre.
According to a press release by Frasers Hospitality, the opening of the property adds to its portfolio in Europe, which will aggregate to 55 properties with more than 4,300 units across the UK, Germany, and France, among other countries.
Choe Peng Sum, CEO of Frasers Hospitality, says it plans to capitalise as Geneva is one of Europe's key destination cities and host to the highest number of international organisations in the world.
"Establishing our presence here in one of the world’s most important financial centres is of particular significance to our global growth strategy as it further anchors our footprint in Europe, which is now in more than 30 cities," Choe Peng Sum said.
The press release added that the launch came hot on the heels of Fraser Hospitality's recent launches in Spain and Germany.
"Frasers Hospitality’s bullish European outlook is bolstered by steady occupancies of over 80% on average and international recognition garnered, which include Europe’s Leading Serviced Apartment Brand by World Travel Awards for the past two consecutive years," the press release added.
