Frasers Property launches digital building platform
The platform offers enhanced contactless capabilities and more.
Frasers Property has launched an intelligent building platform at Frasers Tower on 1 October.
The platform can function as a Digital Twin, or a virtual model of the office building, equipped with capabilities to integrate various systems and workflows as well as enable real-time remote management of the tower’s operations.
Boosting and digitalising tenant experience, the centralised platform will let its users book amenities and make requests for concierge and maintenance services. Tenants can also make direct payments for their service requests via the platform.
“With tenants gradually returning to the workplace, we envisage a Future of Work experience where our property teams, tenants, and the community at large can interact effortlessly and frictionlessly within the spaces of our office buildings,” said Frasers Property chief operation officer Jack Lam.
The rollout of the full suite of the platform’s features will be completed by the end of November 2020.
